Whether the asset is a shopping mall, a medical office building, or a single-family home, I've managed it, leased it, or sold it, and done it well. That range is rare. Most agents pick a lane; I built a career, and a brokerage, mastering all of them. Commercial, residential, and property management aren't separate skill sets to me; they're one connected understanding of how property creates value. A retail client gets someone who knows tenant mix and foot traffic. A family buying their first home gets the same care as the region's largest commercial owners. And property owners get a manager who has overseen complex portfolios and knows where the dollars actually leak.
With BPRE operating across Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, and Georgia, that expertise now reaches clients up and down the East Coast. I didn't build BPRE to be just another brokerage. I built it to be the place clients turn to when the deal is complicated, the stakes are high, or they simply don't know where to start.
